Marketing program execution, monitoring, and communication

Our Client Support Specialists are responsible for executing important pieces of our marketing plan and attending to the numerous details that accompany real estate transactions. They create customized materials for marketing your home, generate Marketing Activity Update Reports, and disseminate critical, need-to-know information prior to, during and after each transaction. Our team can assist you with obtaining copies of building permits and help clients make any necessary appointments with service providers, trades people and inspectors.​

Providing you with the best possible experience during the home selling transaction is paramount to our team. We are so confident in our ability to provide you with a high level of satisfaction that we guarantee our services. Our success depends upon our ability to serve your needs to continue to grow our business from our repeat customers and their referrals.

Home Warranty protection with seller’s coverage.
During the period of our Listing Agreement, we provide you with home warranty protection at our cost. This warranty covers the mechanical components of your home during the marketing and sale escrow period. In the event a covered component should fail, the warranty can cover all or most of the repair or the replacement cost of the defective component.
 
Home Warranty protection with buyer’s coverage.
We also provide home warranty protection to benefit the buyer for a full year after escrow closes at no cost to you. This allows us to market your home to prospective buyers with a confidence inspiring warranty that competing listings typically do not offer. In a competitive market, the warranty can provide the edge to attract the right buyer. Home warranties can minimize a seller’s “after-sale” headaches with an unhappy buyer over repair disputes.

Communication and Performance Guarantee.
We promise to update you with a Marketing Activity Update Report every week, or we will reduce our commission $50 each week that you were not contacted. We promise to respond to your call within 24 hours during normal business hours, or we will reduce our commission by $50 for each occasion more than that time. We promise to allow you to cancel our listing agreement at any time prior to accepting an offer to sell your home, if you feel we have not done our job as outlined in the listing agreement or your plans to sell have changed.

Managing the transaction from start to finish.
Managing a real estate transaction begins well before the presentation and acceptance of an offer. It begins with research, preparation, and a targeted marketing program with a strategy that can be executed to meet your goals. Our pro-active approach includes doing our research prior to putting a home on the market, as well as anticipating and attending to every detail during the transaction. Finally, our “after-sale” follow up program ensures our clients are satisfied beyond the end of the transaction with on-going support, resources, and advice.

Communicating with our clients and ensuring they have the right information at the right time for informed decision-making is only part of what makes our real estate team different from so many other Realtors. To make sure your home selling experience is as smooth as possible, our Real Estate Consultants are supported by team of Client Support Specialists. While our consultants  are spending time with you during the marketing and sale of your home, our team is working in the background  coordinating the many documents and information needed to execute your marketing program, and  complete the transaction.

Diligent escrow coordination and tracking.
Our team includes a Transaction Coordinator specialist who maintains sale escrow document tracking for each of our clients. We provide escrow status reports and coordinate all needed inspections, process all required documents, and ensure your file is complete.
