They create customized materials for marketing your home, generate Marketing Activity Update Reports, and disseminate critical, need-to-know information prior to, during and after each transaction. Our team can assist you with obtaining copies of building permits and help clients make any necessary appointments with service providers, trades people and inspectors.

Home Warranty protection with seller’s coverage.
During the period of our Listing Agreement, we provide you with home warranty protection at our cost. This warranty covers the mechanical components of your home during the marketing and sale escrow period. In the event a covered component should fail, the warranty can cover all or most of the repair or the replacement cost of the defective component.
Home Warranty protection with buyer’s coverage.
We also provide home warranty protection to benefit the buyer for a full year after escrow closes at no cost to you. This allows us to market your home to prospective buyers with a confidence inspiring warranty that competing listings typically do not offer. In a competitive market, the warranty can provide the edge to attract the right buyer. Home warranties can minimize a seller’s “after-sale” headaches with an unhappy buyer over repair disputes.
Communication and Performance Guarantee.
We promise to update you with a Marketing Activity Update Report every week, or we will reduce our commission $50 each week that you were not contacted. We promise to respond to your call within 24 hours during normal business hours, or we will reduce our commission by $50 for each occasion more than that time. We promise to allow you to cancel our listing agreement at any time prior to accepting an offer to sell your home, if you feel we have not done our job as outlined in the listing agreement or your plans to sell have changed.
